  • What are your hours and your rental hours?

    Our business operates from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., starting on Memorial Day and ending on Labor Day. We offer 4-hour and 8-hour rental periods, as well as extended rentals for multiple days. For information about multi-day rentals, please contact us directly.

  • Who can rent a boat?

    To rent a boat, you must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid credit card, and have previous boating experience. A NASBLA boating license certificate is mandatory for venturing onto Lake Michigan. Please note that our boats are equipped with GPS tracking. Any unauthorized entry into Lake Michigan without the required NASBLA certificate will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit and may lead to additional penalties and legal action.
  • How do payments and deposits work?

    For 4-hour rentals, we require a $150 deposit to secure your reservation. For 8-hour rentals, the deposit is $200. The remaining balance is due on the day of your rental. Please note that the reservation deposit must be made with a credit card, not a debit card. We're unable to hold dates without a reservation and deposit.
  • What should I know before I arrive?

    • Payment is required at the time of booking. 

    • Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and a quick safety briefing.

    • Bring a valid driver's license and the credit card you used to book (a credit card is required to hold the security deposit of $1000 when the boat is picked up). All boats come with life jackets, safety gear and a full tank of gas.

    • Watersports life jackets are complimentary upon request.

    • Water sports accessories are available for an additional fee.


  • What do I need to access Lake Michigan?

    Lake Michigan access is only permitted with a verified NASBLA Certificate for the driver.

  • What are your weather policies?

    • All vessels must be returned to the pick-up point.

    • Multi-day rentals may be kept with customers overnight, with consent.

    • There are no refunds due to weather or early return, only “rain checks.”

    • Weather can change quickly, and we will notify you if any safety concerns arise.

    • Pets are welcome on most of our boats. However, the customer is responsible for cleaning and/or damage costs.
